THE POLICY STATEMENT CONCERNING THE QUALITY IN MEBIS

Orientation: "Future safety".
Present target: "Profit for our stock-holders, our employees and community".
Reaching this target involves:
- understanding that by reducing costs, and profits increase;
- appreciating that profit is achieved through quality:
- the quality of infrastructure
- the quality of daily work, for everyone of us and for all of us together
- the quality of relationship among suppliers employees customers
- the allocation of the necessary resources for the fulfilment of these quality requests (a live management system, which is continuously improving, working spaces / microclimate / equipment / tools / materials / instructions, all of these contributing to the fulfillment of the quality requests;
- the alignment of every employee to the management requests concerning: keeping the working place safe and clean, a reasonable administration of the equipments/ tools / materials / respecting the working rules and terms, without unjustified spending, respect among employees and the relationship with the customers and the suppliers, improving everyday the abilities and the activities;
The Quality Assurance Manual is the main document of MEBIS which states the quality policy and describes the quality system the organisational structure, responsabilities, resources, system procedures.
The Quality Manual wants to demonstrate that the requirements regarding quality are satisfied.

The company has a Quality Management System in accordance with SR-EN- ISO 9001:2001 issued by SRAC Romanian Society for Quality Assurance and IQNET.

INSPECTIONS AND TESTS
Inspections and tests: dimensional, shape and position, physical-mechanical characteristics (hardness, tensile, elongation, reduction on area, impact, case depth), microstructure analysis, layer thickness, non-destructive test (penetrating liquids, MPI, salt spray, testing benches (hydraulic and pneumatic equipments), chemical analysis.
