TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES
The variety and performance of the technological processes gives MEBIS a high technological integration distinction and also a great flexibility in the fabrication orientation towards the market request and the satisfaction of its clients.
- semifinished preparement: cutting on alternative, circular and continuous saw blades; oxi-gas on 4 heads CNC installations, guillotine shears, wire electrosion;
- sheets rolling and curving on abkant up to 400 tf;
- welding: MIG-MAG, WIG, electric-welding;
- aluminum and zamac alloys parts pressure casting;
- injection from plastics;
- rubber parts vulcanization;
- drop forging on horizontal forging machines and hammer forging;
- mechanical processing: turnings, millings, borings, drillings, plane grinding, round, front and within coordinates grinding, broaching, electroerosion with massif or wire electrode, thread rolling, tooth cutting (including sub-unit pitches), deep drilling, honing. The processing's written above are produced as well on the automatic, multispindle tool-machines or on the 25 contouring NC machines with processing counters;
- thermo physic and thermo chemical treatments (in controlled atmosphere), tempering, cementing - case hardening, nitridation;
- superficial high frequency induction hardening (outer 80 mm x 620 mm and inner 100 mm);
- galvanized coatings: hard chrome plating (with immunity to salt spray), zinc plating, browning, anodizing and phosphating;
- blasting and shotblasting;
- painting with liquid paint and drying in infrared furnace.
